Should Christians Practice Reiki?

I grew up in the stone ages where anything that didn’t fit into the rigid box of the bible (or shall I say, how the religion interpreted the Bible) was Satanic. When I talk about my spiritual practice, Reiki, and what I read, some people and friends get this weird look on their face. Like they’re expecting me to burst into flames on the spot, or they will.  Lol! I have long time friends that would benefit tremendously from a healing Reiki session, but they’re still not sure.

So how do you explain to the “stuck in the box” Christians who are uncomfortable with Reiki?

Here is a site that I came across that I’m going to email friends and people who ask about this topic and who may feel uncomfortable or unsure.   http://www.christianreiki.org/

  1. NO!!! They should not be taught reiki
As they should have their own way being Christians to heal themselves.
I have worked hard to be the witch I am even if I know that I still have growing to do. But I still think that Christians shouldnt be taught as they are never open minded.

    1. Reiki is a universal light energy and does not have a religious affiliation. It is available to anyone who wishes to chose this therapeutic teqnique. It does not discriminate or judge and anyone who practices any spiritual practice should always try to do the same. It begins with yourself to show an open heart to others.
